The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The research sample consisted of 154 respondents selected using a cluster random sampling technique. Primary data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results showed that hybrid work had a positive effect on job satisfaction, while work stress had a negative effect on job satisfaction. In addition, job security was proven to moderate the effect of hybrid work on job satisfaction by strengthening the positive relationship and moderating the effect of work stress on job satisfaction by weakening the negative impact of work stress. These findings indicate that the implementation of a hybrid work system supported by a high level of job security can increase employee job satisfaction, while effective work stress management contributes to maintaining job satisfaction. Therefore, organizations need to optimize the implementation of hybrid work, manage work stress effectively, and strengthen the perception of job security to improve employee job satisfaction.
2026-07-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 International Journal of The Newest Social and Management Research https://journal.gpcpublisher.com/index.php/insoma/article/view/90 The Influence of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on Purchase Intention in the Edenfarm Online Application 2026-07-30T09:17:31+00:00 Mustafa Hadji mustafahadji46@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on purchase intention among EdenFarm online application users. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 EdenFarm application users who had used the application to search for product information or make purchase transactions. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, perceived ease of use also had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. These findings indicate that the usefulness and ease of use of the application are important factors in increasing user purchase intention on the EdenFarm application. Therefore, the company needs to continue to improve features that provide real benefits and ease of use to encourage increased transactions through the application.
2026-07-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 International Journal of The Newest Social and Management Research https://journal.gpcpublisher.com/index.php/insoma/article/view/91 The Influence of Social Media Marketing and E-WOM on Behavioral Intention Moderated by Trust in Patients at Sumber Waras Hospital 2026-07-30T09:19:24+00:00 Akbar Tabah Mutaqin akbartm07@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on behavioral intention moderated by trust among patients at Sumber Waras Hospital. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory causality research to examine the causal relationships between variables. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 230 respondents who were patients of Sumber Waras Hospital and active users of social media. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a judgment sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that social media marketing and E-WOM have a positive and significant effect on patients’ behavioral intention. Furthermore, trust is proven to moderate the relationship between social media marketing and behavioral intention, indicating that higher patient trust strengthens the influence of social media marketing on behavioral intention. However, trust does not moderate the relationship between E-WOM and behavioral intention. Overall, the findings suggest that social media marketing and E-WOM are important factors in shaping patients’ intentions to use and recommend healthcare services. Therefore, hospitals should optimize social media marketing strategies and encourage positive online reviews to enhance patient trust and behavioral intention toward healthcare services.
2026-07-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 International Journal of The Newest Social and Management Research https://journal.gpcpublisher.com/index.php/insoma/article/view/92 The Influence of Competence and Corporate Culture on Company Performance with Knowledge Sharing as a Moderator Variable at PT CBA 2026-07-30T09:21:57+00:00 Safira Khoirunnisa safirakhoirunnisa68@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the influence of competency and corporate culture on company performance with knowledge sharing as a moderator variable at PT CBA. The study used a quantitative approach with an associative design. The study population consisted of 289 PT CBA employees, with a sample of 168 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and simple random sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results showed that competency and corporate culture had a positive and significant effect on company performance. Meanwhile, knowledge sharing did not have a direct effect on company performance. Testing for the moderation effect showed that knowledge sharing was able to strengthen the influence of competency on company performance, but was not proven to moderate the relationship between corporate culture and company performance. These findings indicate that increasing employee competency supported by knowledge sharing practices can make a greater contribution to improving company performance. Therefore, companies need to strengthen competency development, build a conducive corporate culture, and optimize the knowledge sharing system to support sustainable company performance improvement.
2026-07-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 International Journal of The Newest Social and Management Research https://journal.gpcpublisher.com/index.php/insoma/article/view/57 The Influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price on Purchase Decisions for Cimory Products (A Case Study of the Jabodetabek Community) 2025-06-21T12:25:03+00:00 Ayu Nadia Irawan halloo.ayu@gmail.com
Increasing milk consumption in society has impacted competition within the dairy industry. Although PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk, or Cimory, has maintained its top position in the yoghurt market, it has lost its top position in the UHT milk market. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on the purchase of Cimory products. The research was conducted via a questionnaire distributed to consumers aged 15–45 years living in Jabodetabek who had purchased Cimory products at least once in the previous month.. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 385 respondents. The analysis used in this study included validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, partial t hypothesis test, and partial correlation analysis. The results showed that the brand image variable had a significant effect on purchase decisions, the product quality variable had a significant effect on purchase decisions, and the price variable had a significant effect on purchase decisions. The effect of brand image, product quality, and price variables on purchase decision is 34.8% while the remaining 65.2% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
2026-07-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 International Journal of The Newest Social and Management Research
